Today Kaci Wellik joined our family of athletes pursuing a dream of playing college athletics.
Kaci is an accomplished pitcher who works with pitching coach Dennis Moe. Kaci also plays outfield and is an offensive weapon with both power from the right side and slapping from the left. Her hitting coach is Jeff Staton.
Kaci is a top student (ranked #58 in her class of 758 students), and wants to major in forensic science.
Kaci plays for the Texas Stix Gold where she is coached by Lauren Myrick and Alyssa Ransom-Tjaden and for Coach Kristin Sainz at 16-5A McNeil High School in Austin. Entering her junior year at McNeil Kaci is a two-year starter and two-year all-district performer.
